This is a small business and this is a short policy, because we collect very little. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. That is the only personal information this site asks for.
• Spam checking on the form. The form carries a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in, and our form provider screens submissions for spam. Neither involves cookies or anything that follows you around.
• Traffic data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
• How the site gets used. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand what people actually do on these pages — what they scroll past, what they click, where they give up. This is the honest part: Clarity sets cookies (including _clck, _clsk and Microsoft’s MUID, which is shared across Microsoft sites) and it records anonymised replays of page sessions — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. It does not record your keystrokes in form fields, and it does not tell us who you are.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data to anyone. If you would rather not be included in Clarity, a browser with tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.

What we do with it

Contact form messages are used to answer you and, if you have asked us to look for a card, to follow up when we find it. Messages reach us by email through Formspree, our form provider, which processes and stores them on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Purchases happen on eBay, not here

This site does not process payments and has no shopping cart. When you buy, you are on eBay, under eBay’s User Agreement and privacy policy. We never see your card number, bank details, or full payment information — eBay handles all of it and shares only the shipping address needed to send your order.

How long we keep things

We keep contact messages while a conversation is useful and delete them when it is not. Email us and we will delete yours on request, along with anything we hold connected to it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
